Brian, thanks for the info. I am doing light research all around, including Mexico - although all the drug killings on the border bother me. I have a couple of friends from El Salvadore - who live here, and don't much want to go home. Of course, they aren't fishermen.

My other possibility, probably more likely to happen for me, is to put in a bait/tackle/ship's store next to my house in Oyster Creek, where i already own the property and know most of the local crooked politicians.
