UV,
Its being reported that most of the missing NO officers during the hurricane were phantom employees that were never there to begin with.
Their saleries were being diverted somehow to others.

The FBI has been requesting a payroll list and that's why the chief resigned.

Any truth to this?

Could the corruption be that bold and brazen?
