20 ft. bahia mar

there is a 20 ft bahia mar that I am looking atit has been in a shead for 4 years engine locked up, in other words a project boat. what should I be looking for with regards to the hull, I rember somthing about having to tear up the deck ect. any help would be greatly appricated..thanks..Russ
