bridge console redo

planning on redoing the console to a complete angel from where the windsheild use-to-be all the way to the bottom of console.what would be the best structure of material to use?being that all my electronice are going to be reseced in this part.should i also use 1708 for glass or the tri-axel cloth first for strength???any help or pics from the pros??????
