Dave,

Finding suitable replacement gaskets and seals could be a real challenge and one that others here have been trying to solve. It's also one of the reasons that I have always opted to totally replace or cap the front windshield. Scott T may have some suggestions since he's been where you are now.

Check also with Richard Kidd at Alied Richard Bertram...

McMaster-Carr has a selection of gaskets and gasket material that may help you out. Their part number 1067A3 may be a choice for replacing the bulb gasket around the center windows. Mike at American Marine may also have a bulb gasket that might work...

5200 would be my last choice. My first choice would be the original Dolfinite putty. Use heavily and leave no voids, excess can be returned to the can & final clean up is done with mineral spirits.

Use the Dolfinite also to bed your Plexi corner windows. The flat center windows should have a bedding of Sikaflex 292.

Br,

Patrick
