As usual, I'll be the guinea pig.
I took a good look at Jim E's yesterday and I think you go for the best seam on the top and get within grinding distance on the bottom. Jim said he and Chris did alot of practice cuts ( they do give you some extra to play with ).

Hopefully the weather will clear and I'll be able to finish the rail and a couple of odds and ends for a maybe launch next week???
