Bob,

Leave the top of the window fully bolted down, removing all hardware from the bottom. Jack the house top up, lifting the windshield from the bottom joint. Adjust the windshield as necessary & re-set it. The three all-thread rods may give you a bit of a fit & you may need to enlarge the holes they fit into a bit in order to get it back down.
