Frank,

First of all, I had the help of a friend who is a very talented wood worker. For those who have seen it, he was my primary guide when I put in my teak decks.

We used a compound miter saw, electric. Rigid brand, Home Depot special.

We used some scrap rail to match up the angles before we started in. No matter what you do, you will use caulk to fill in some gaps.

Use UV resistant stuff, not 4200 or 5200 which will yellow over time.

And a healthy dose of good luck!

Dug
