UVI 6 - time to pony up

Have not firmed up any discount off the rack rate (and don't expect much if any) at the Tropic Star for next June, so I'm assuming the regular rate and TSL deposit rules. I've had a lot of Faithful say they want to go and those interested exceed the 32 person capacity of the lodge.
So it's time to get a head count via a check. The cost for the 7 night, 6 fishing day deal is about 3900 + 350 bush plane and transfers from airports + your air to PA City + tips + 5 bucks to get into Panama and 20 bucks to get out. Bar tab at the lodge is extra.
The whole reservation process starts with me fronting a grand a boat to the lodge in the next couple of weeks. Since we will fish 3 to a B31, 30 guys = 10 grand. Once that money is plunked down, we can reduce the # of boats by 25% until about the first of the year (say, down to 8) with no penalty. About mid January we have to come with 50% of the total for the lodge less the grand a boat already deposited. The only way I figure we can master this chicken vs. egg deal is to get a show of hands and money now.
I have opened a bank account in my name at Regions Bank called the "UVI 6 Escrow Account" and I'm the only signatory. This account will be used to gather the cheese and disburse to TSL.
Anyone who has expressed an interest needs to send a $1,000 check per man made out to "Victor L. Roy, III, UVI 6 Escrow Account" within the next two weeks. Send to me (office) at P.O. Box 15928, Baton Rouge, LA 70895. I need the full name, mailing address, phone # and email address for each person. Also indicate if you plan to saty the whole week, the $3900+++ deal, or the short week, 5 nights, 4 fishing days, cost about 2900+++.
When I get all the checks in, I'll know how many boats to reserve, and if there is still room within the 32 person capacity of TSL, will let folks know. The fact that I get your check and put it in the account does not mean you are invited, but so far all that have expressed an interest are folks that can expect an invite. If we go over the 32 person limit, or you don't get an invite for any other reason (I remain the sole judge, after all, this is the UVI) your money will be promptly returned.
Please direct any questions to me here at home, or my office email, VLR@RKKDLAW.COM or call me at the office, 800 260 9908.
Oh yeah - AJ is still trapped in the warehouse in New Orleans. The yard has been unable to get their flooded boat handling equipment running and said to call back in a couple of weeks.
