Dave,
The two flat windows will lift up high and then come off their track. Remove them first.
There are 6 bolts in the upper section of the curved frames, 3 each side. There are three all-thread rods running up through the flat frame from under the cap combing into the bridge combing. There are another 10 - 12 #10 screws under the cap combing into the lower section of the frames. You've gotta' remove all the screws and bolts, and get the nuts off of the all-threads.
Use 4"x4"s to cross the companionway opening to the V-berth, stack as high as needed & use a hydraulic bottle jack to raise the house top & flybridge.
Depending on the year model of your boat & what frame of mind Bertram was in the day they set the windshield, the caulking will be either Dolfinite, (kinda' like plumber's putty), or 5200.
If Dolfinite there will be no adhesion, if 5200, keep tension on the jack & slowly keep wirking at the caulk joint with a sharp kinfe from both sides until the frame is free.
Br,
Patrick
