Walt,

Both of my cousins told me that my uncle wanted me to have the boats in the event that anything happened to him. He in turn told me that the girls would get the boats to do with as they saw fit. After he passed the 3 of us sat down to discuss the situation. It was decided that the girls would need money to pay off his affairs and I would give them money to do so. Suffice it to say the older of the 2 was the executor and she called the shots. She gave me a price, I agreed, and the rest as they say is history. It's sad that I haven't heard from her since she got the money and the younger one has only tried to contact me once in the 3 years since my uncle passed.
