The two blown fuses part of the show sounds suspicious. If its a new radar/new install; it sounds as though you might need to look for a short in the cable or perhaps at the termination point in the antenna.
If this is an older unit I'd start by popping the hood on the antenna and making sure there isn't any water damage, while your up there make sure the drain line is clear so god forbid any accumulated liquid has a way out. Even a little green on any of the connections can ruin your day. Best of luck.
