41x Raytheon

Hi guys: I need some help.
I hooked up my radar today ..Had 2 blown fuses in the back of the display itself. Replaced them .
Turned on the switch on the back of the array itself. Then I get this notice after warmup...
"BEARING PULSE ERROR"
Array doesnt turn.
Anybody know whats going on?
