Years back, Porsche decided they had to redesign their car, make it front engine, etc., etc., to meet market demand. They created a real high performance front wheel, non-911 looking beast that was called the 926 (or 928). You can buy a used one cheap now. No one except the wannabe dummies wanted it. After trying to figure out why, they finally decided to ask loyal Porsche owners (who are very much like B-31 owners. They were told in no uncertain terms that the 911 was the perfect car. Improve on it but don't screw around with "modern" designs and radical changes. The rest is history. Porsche came back with a vengance, and every year it gets more beautiful. They learned to listen to those that were their loyal following and who looked at their vehicle as more than a car. The same goes here. Bertram needs an advisory board. An American one. Walter
