I think i'll ask the Township fathers of New Gretna, NJ to take the Viking property to build a new Seniors only development. That property should support about 1500 homes, look at that tax base. I'll send letters out to many different places and tout the location of same to Atlantic City. New Gretna is about 15 to 20 miles North of AC. Now if i can get Donald Trump to put up the money.By the way, their last big investment in Riveria Beach was that old orange tiled roof motel on Fed Hiway.What a waste of money that was.
