Viking inlet harbor properties LLC won the bid for redevelopment.
All property south of blue heron to the port and US 1 east are under the control of the redevelopment authority. There is some property north of blue heron and west of US 1 also.

What ever doesn't fit into the plan will be seized and leveled eventualy. There are plans to fight it by the locals but in the end with the socialists in the supreme court ruling against private property, they don't have a chance.

Money rules and developers win thru payoffs and bribs. Our system at work.

I really don't care cause if it happens it will be the nail that seals my coffin and retire from marine work.

My next line of work is growing a beard and learning yidish and moving to NY to become a diamond broker.
After 27 years I just bought my wife a new wedding ring.
The first was when I was in school and all I could afford was a diamond "chip".

And I though boaters got hosed.
