Exhaust looking steamier than usual

I had Shambala out on the SF Bay this weekend (after paying $4.19 p/g for gas - OUCH!) and noticed that both exhausts were putting out quite a bit more steam than usual. Usually if I see steam, I clean the raw water strainers and everything is fine. I pulled the raw water strainers and everything looked good this time. I checked all the fluids before heading out and everything was fine.

I noticed the steam more at cruise than at idle or no wake speeds.

Can someone give me the list of items to start checking on this.

Thanks in advance.
