Maryland "shot me down"

As some of the faithfull may recall.I have been trying to get a title for my B20 that I am restoring.I took this matter to the top with DNR.And used many of the suggestions I got off this board.They denied giving me a title.There reason,not enough backgroung info.The boat does not,or no longer legally exsist in the two states that it has been regestered in.DNR says my only option now is to pettion the court.
If anybody has any suggestions,Or a B20 title,please chime in. Many thanks, Jeff
