A long time ago I put 210 Cummins in my Sportsfisherman with no changes in shafts, struts, etc. My props were changed to 20x20's and I cruise at 20 kts, 2400 rpm 7gals per hr each. I have a 64 so my hull is heavy, a teak deck (heavy), 130 lb class chair and gin pole (heavy again). I probably could handle an inch more pitch or cupping. I think you could even go to the 250, but no more without heavying up your shafts. Walter
