We have the same con't ed requirements in the mortgage industry. My gripe is that I'm licensed in most every state on the Eastern seaboard and have to meet each states requirement. I can't place out of any of them despite 21 yrs in the industry. Most states have online programs but many like Pa. won't let you scroll through and take the exams-the damn sites actually force you to spend x amount of time on each screen and that adds up to the time required. Highly annoying !
