Just spoke with da Judge, he is home, had a smooth overflight of the restircted areas at 8500'. Power still out at the Galveston airport, so he had hitched a ride to his parents' house to get his Suburban and his small genset to raise the doors on his hanger to put the Mooney to bed.

Andre' just called and is making a shrimp, oyster and aunoulle sausage gumbo, so me & the Bride gonna take a 10 minute ride to Coonass Heaven eating. Prefect recipe for unlaxing from all this stress from the storms. Amazing how your priorities shift downward as the doo doo hits the fan...... A good gumbo and some drinks with friends in the midst of chaos......... This part of the country is really in bad shape guys. And our bimbo governess now wants the USA to give her 20 somthing BILLION dollars US to fix whatever. I would not let that woman hold a $5 bet between me & The Prof, much less 20 something billion. The soft underbelly of our corrupt politicians is now exposed, but the good news is our resident G-Man is on the hunt. It will be easy - large free money brings out the stupid crooks first........
