Sorry to hear that you have a beach house in my proposed "least damage target zone"... Hell, it's too soon to say where the Bitch will strike. We've had numerous FL hurricanes run right up to the targeted spot only to take an abrupt 20° turn and strike 30 - 80 miles away.

I feel your pain... About all we can do is hope for a weaker landing, but my gut still says a strong Cat3 or weak Cat4.

If that high pressure ridge moves much more to the east Rita's liable to wind up in UV's & Da' Judge's lap. That'd also put NO back into the soup...
