Off the rail......

Trying to change out the bow railings' rail fittings on my B28 - bases and tees - without re-working the entire bow rail and its upright/vertical supports......
Anyone know if there are 45o Tees available and where from?
[I can't quite figure out why 30o,45o,60o bases are available but only 60o or 90o tees......aside from 'cranking' the railings upright/vertical supports to fit into a 60o Tee from, for example,a 45o base how would you fit the upright/vertical supports to the railing???I assume the angle of the rail as installed itself would account for the difference in degrees between the base and tee fittings so that you could use,for example,a 45o base with a 60o tee???]
Someone please straighten me out!
