plastic bags

Plastic bags do very well in the supermarket but sure mess up a day when they end up over the water intake. On the Hudson River where I am, there is a severe mess when the tide changes. This has happened too often and I want to do something about it once and for all! Thank someone for the hi temp buzzer because I never see it going up only when its up there.

Now what do I do, put a second pick up on a "t"? Or is there another way to protect this volnerability?

Thanks guys,
