TS Philippe is forecast to become a hurricane by Monday morning. While moving in the general direction of Burmuda, I think it will steer west of the island. Needs to be closely monitored by those in the forecast path...

TD 18 on the other hand, (H Rita by Tuesday morning), is forecast to move into the Gulf of Mexico across the FL Keys or just south. Current 5 day forecast has Rita targeting the lower Texas coast. Landfall between Galveston and Northern Mexico will probably be around early Saturday moring.

On the Eastern Pacific, Hurricanes Kenneth & Jova, & TS Lidia still pose no threat to Hawaii, but H Kenneth bears watching, as a westerly turn could place Hawaii in Kenneth's path.
