U.V., I read an earlier post where you were asking how to handle the Tropic Star deposits, YOU HAVE TO GET EVERYONE GOING TO GIVE THEIR SHARE UP FRONT. I'm sure nowone on this board would screw you over, but at least one of the group will have a change of plans and won't be able to make it, and you'll be put in the position of asking for the deposit you fronted for a trip they won't be taking, or searching for a replacement at the last minute. It will also sort out the I wanna goes from the I'm goings, few people will drop 2 grand up front and not go. Planning a trip like that is enough worries without having to worry about everyone else's obligations, I'm sure everyone going would agree.
