I'll have to agree with U.V., since liquids don't compress, I don't see how 11 P.S.I. will do much to preserve fuel. I like the sound of a nitrogen blanket, but fuel stabilizers and keeping the water out our the real tricks. We store over 1.5 million gallons of low sulfer diesel on site when full, and the only time we have to worry is when it sits for 4-6 months without use, and that is mostly because we seldomn use a fuel biocide. Our tanks have a floating roof,but its for fire protection, not oxygen blocking. Even bad fuel will burn, but you better be ready to change out filters, like every eight hrs.
