Cummins QSB 5.9 330hp pics *LINK*

I just got a pair of the new common rail QSB's in for a 31 install.
All electronic controls including gear.

One vast improvement is the high mounted water pump.

This has as much wiring and connectors as a car.
You can hook up and display just about anything.

The diplay screen has many functions including built in fuel burn.

I got the first set in the area. The cummins guy was telling me how quiet they are.

I'll post more info and pics as the repower proceeds.

Its getting one of Pats consoles, the controls will be a combo of cummins/glenndenning.

This boat has has prop pockets installed when it was converted to diesel 6 years ago.

Was just bought and the new owner redoing.

After this I will be installing one of the first pairs of Volvo common rail electronic 4 cylinder 260hp engines in a Tiara. I'll post that when I get to it.
That will be involved as Volvo wants the repower templated and documented for their files.
