Walter - I have the manual in hand, and yes, the output housing rotates. There is a t-bar clamp that holds it (compressor housing clamp), takes a 7/16 socket to loosen, align with the air crossover tube, and tighten to 50 in-lbs. It's all that Corrosion X we have been using - I have had that same short hose blow off one of mine a couple of times. Da Judge says to use aviation Permatex on the mating surfaces between the metal parts and interior of the hose to stop it.
