Why are you dissing your gov'mt ? Those "enlightened" bureaucrats obviously know what's best for everyone. Just think of the those well spent millions of dollars for a study that found this "likely" method of terrorist activity...

Many ports (including San Diego) are looking to attract Megayachts due to the revenue and jobs they create. ...and the bureaucrats which are insisting on pilots for foreign flagged vessels probably also found the "open borders" with Mexico are not a threat !
