The marina was pretty full, and there have been so many false alarms over the past thirty years that people are basically tired of the hassel. The storm really had to hit just right to accomplish what it did. I left out on Saturday and the storm wasn't a five or even predicted to become a five. The first thing that most people will tell you about any of their property living here "it's insured".
