Gas supply in Charlotte is very spotty, as high as $4.25/gallon in some places. Many stations have already run out.

Friend of mines family runs a few gas stations and supply local police and fire north of Charlotte. They were told to hold a two week supply for police and fire, they basically they have shut down sales to the public.

I understand that it takes 11 days from Texas to NC for gas to reach us in the pipeline. It sound like once we're out we won't be getting any till late next week.

Problem is small compared to what they're going through in the Gulf. It's heart breaking to watch the news every night. Prayers are with the people down there.
