It will be a sad day to see you leave. Not only a real human being but a very smart guy that knows alot about you well know you are always welcome at our place. When the cold wind blows "up on the hill" you know where a welcome matt has your name on it.

We'll still be able to get rudders etc. I imagine? Don't let the crime thing get you down. It comes with that area too you know. You outa seen me 15 years ago when I owned a 13 bedroom rooming house. I worked as an informant for the law then. Talk about crime!Then I had another place in a crack infested area. Tough going but developed leather skin to a certain extent.

I understand where your coming from here. My wife's always bugging me to move to the NC mountains when I retire but I love my Bertram and love to fish. I also love the freedom that you are going to get into. Good for the blood presure.

They just don't make too many Patrick's now days. I'll be looking forward to the day when you can visit. Bike will look good on our driveway.
