I'm with you on your assessment of the situation. The problem with the police is that you can't waste valuable manpower dealing with looters stealing property when there are people drowning in their atics! It is a matter of prioritizing the limited manpower. When you have people who have had everything destroyed and no food or water, I can understand breaking in to a grocery store, but the Footlocker!!! I guess they want good looking Nikes to wade therough the filthy water in. And where are they going to put the TV, etc?? I think they just do it because they can. Wouldn't happen in the country. People get shot for that kind of thing!! Of course people in the city are generally less sef reliant as you said. Rawleigh
