Standard Cutless Bearings for 1-1/2" shafts come with 2" and 2-3/8 OD's. Both have 1/8" Brass wall sleeves, which won't do you any good.
If you must, you can go with Thordon Bearings, these usually need to be machined from raw stock. The material is its own shell, fabricated oversize, shrunk with dry ice and inserted into the strut. I have done several installs with excellent results. Bearings are lower in friction and outlast standard bearings.
Now the bad news:
The strut bores need to be near perfect as the material conforms to the shape of the bore. Strut may require a skim cut to bring within tolerance.
The bearings material is expensive, plus you need to have machined, another expence.
A spare bearing is a good idea, since it may take awhile to have one made in a pinch.
As mentioned the bearing takes shape and size of the bore, you may need two spares, one for each side.
Honest answer, unless you really need to use those struts or the strut is of some complicated configuration or overly expensive, go with new struts. It will save you $$ and headaches in the longrun.
