Bruce & I are partial to the ISSPRO fuel senders if you might need that item. As to the pickup, the top assembly is usually made of bronze and the pickup tube should be easily replaced if bad. The tube can be cut about 1" below the top & a new copper, slightly larger tube fitted over the old stub and lead soldered together. Leave the screen off the bottom, but try to clean any debris from the tank before re-installing the pickup. Your solder joint must be air tight.
You'll need to find a fiberglass tech in your area for the non-skid if you want gelcoat, otherwise look for a painter. Paint would be less expensive...
