UV: Glad to hear you are doing OK. The good news for Another Joy is that as long as there aren't large wind driven wave associated with the flooding, the higher the water is, the shorter the windage of the building is! I noticed this with my boat house during Isabell. The siding on the bottom 4' that was covered by water was fine. Above that the rest of the vinyl siding was stripped off of it by the wind.
