We're standing by.
Talked to Wayne at Port Eads about one hour ago. He said water was only about 1 foot over the dock and getting alittle gusty. He and Jim are staying down there on a houseboat on a steel barge where they have ridden out all the hurricanes. Alot of excitement I am sure.
Its starting to rain here as we speak.
