I've done several Solo II installations and like the system. I only know of two folks that aren't impressed.

The final adjustments can be a bit bitchy, but once finished no problems, that I have encountered.

Use Green LockTite on the handle to shaft connection.

Don't over tighten the friction adjustment. If your return spring on the engine throttle control is too tight and you need more friction to compensate, use clamp on cable tensioners near the engine end. Here again, don't over tighten the clamp.
