Back to Hydraulic steering again

We hope to purchase our steering package this week but I'm perplexed over the tubing. Hose or copper? I'm going to have to run my upper to lower lines down the port side and across in the ve-berth head liner because the starboard chase if full o wiring. The hose seems like the obvious choice because of all the bending. I just know that we'll kink the copper under the circumstances. Anyone have an opinion on making this run either way? Suggestions? Thanks, Paul
