Now that's just lovely. SE of Port Eads by Sunday afternoon...... Good ole August 89 degree water in the Gulf...... Oh well, AJ is in the yard (in the water tho) in N.O. for a while with the genset issue. Just got off the phone with the yard, and a new 6.5 KW (hey, why not go bigger) Phasor is going in next week. The old (installed new in AJ under my stewardship in May, 1995) Phasor is 5.5 KW and apparently has a screwed up injector pump, a shot raw water pump, and maybe some compression issues, but we are not sure. It shows 360 psi across all three cyls, but the specs are 400+. No sign of water in the oil, blowby, etc. Just don't know. I'm going new with the 6.5 'cause I'm too old to worry with crap, just change it. So if anyone wants to pick up a used 5.5 three cyl. 1800 rpm Phasor for salvage price, let me know. Time, patience, & money. . . . .
