Well fuel or air . Pretty basic on a diesel. It sounds to me like a fuel problem. Most likely a restriction ( piece of crud stuck in the line between the tank pick-up Y and feeding the filter on the starboard side) Check all the way from the pickup Y to your water seperator. It could be after that but not likely as the first filter will catch everything usually. Hope this helps as I had a problem like that on my starboard as well.I believe it is a fuel line problem with a restriction. When you hit a bump it jars it to another position which in effect is starving the starboard of fuel. Just a good possiblilty . Check there. Good luck. Dave K
