alignment tolerances

Would like to get some opinions on acceptable tolerances for engine alignments. I'm running Chrysler 440's and have 1.375" shafts. One shaft is new and the other is original but in good shape. The readings they are getting is less than 4/1000's but not zero on one engine. Is this ok for my horsepower or should I be concerned?
