Not that you can prove it by my success -- but the bite at the Fishtales is really starting to get going. The night chunk was VERY good for the boats that were on the fish -- we weren't, but we were also fishing like dummies that night anyhow (thursday/friday overnighter).
I messed up my back on the trip and was useless to the crew other than running the boat, but, I was stubborn and set in south of the southeast corner of the tails, and I didn't move to where the fish were.

As a result, all I had was one little 5lb mahi on the troll, a quick release on a white marlin, and a wahoo that took one of my jets home with him.

However, I can attest that the other boats from my dock ALL came home with at least 1 dozen tuna between yellowfin, eyes, and albacore -- it just wasn't our day.
