Trying to diagnose a noise over the net is tough.

The ZF630 gear has been known to make some noise at idle speeds. Adjusting the idle speed up or down slightly can eliminate it. Its usually caused by too low an idle in gear.

It is due to the rotation change and is really limited to the stb. side when using a left hand engine.
I would have it checked out for problems.
