I can talk to Todd (the Harbor Master) this weekend to find out how early reservations might have to be made. It's possible that were already too late. I make my car reservations in January for August and most are already taken. The Shark tourney just reserves them on their own and then resells them, but it might be possible if we can get firm commitments early and any late comers can raft together on a mooring. Hell the moorings are so close people can throw you are beer from shore.

As far as dinner goes I think all would like the East Chop Beach Club. I am a member and it is cheap to rent for an evening. It is only a short walk around the harbor and with the outdoor deck and inside ballroom I think it would be a great venue.

We just need to hear from people in Timmy’s neck of the woods and see if we can finally get a few of them to take a day away from fichin’ and party instead. And you know there is some good fishing on the Vineyard and with everybody in slips people could head out Saturday or Sunday and still be back in before dark.
