Thanks for all the replys. I have razorbladed off the stickers from Michigan and Pa. And hand delievered to my local DNR branch.Plus I included as much history about the boat that I could find.Also pics.Plus I did remind them that I would be paying taxes on the boat now,and for years in the future.The ladies in the local DNR office have really tried to be as helpfull as possible.There just isnt enough of a paper trail for them to follow back.Pa just enacted a new "abanded vehicle" law,which will make it easier to get titles.I might end up titling in PA and then transfer to MD.
