A great time was had by Laura and I but as Timmy said the bout with the clams was the only low point but a pretty low point it was. I haven't thrown up so much since high school.
We didn't get to make Block Island but throughly enjoyed the local hospitality. Many thanks to Ric for his fishing trips and sightseeing rides, Paul for more of the same (and I understand, a great supper), and of course Kathi and all the many friends of Timmy's who entertained us and made us feel right at home.
It was as hot up in Mass. as it was in Louisiana which was a suprise (and disappointment) to us.
Timmy's boat is a work in progress (as are all of them) but the light can be seen at the end of the tunnel and it is a comfortable ride soon to be completed. It will be ready next year.
What a great sand-box it is!!!!!!
