Jeff,

I had trouble getting a Maryland registration for both my B20 and B25.

I don't quiteremember what my problems were with the B20, but the B25 was a real treat.

The B25 was from Michigan and it NEVER was titled... It had always been registered, but since the boat was so old, it was gradfathered into not needing a title. The DNR ended up having to talk to the Governor's office in Michigan to verify that the boat was never titled. This took several trips. And this was with 'real' paperwork from the broker that the boat was purchased from! I can't imagine if I had done the deal privately. If you have the former reg. numbers, it shouldn't be a problem.
