How about that West Marine tent sale?!! I picked up a pair of very nice binoculars for $119. Never owned a decent pair, but figured I couldn't beat the price.

The Jensen marine stereo that I purchased for my last boat was bulletproof. They all skip in waves while you are running. How long they last depends on how often they get wet- corrosion that is nothing a little CX will fix. Most marine speakers apear to be better built than the ones you would install in your car.

Install it, use it. Hope this helps.
